Messaged support about swapping the size on my existing order and the adjustment went through the same day, no return or reorder needed. It just shows up as a line on the original order, which kept things simple.

Ordered the wrong size and figured I'd be stuck with it — one quick adjustment later and the replacement shipped the same day. The whole thing was handled as part of my existing order, no re-ordering or extra charge. Genuinely painless.

I needed to swap the color on an order I'd already placed, and the adjustment went through the same day without any back-and-forth. It showed up as a line item on my existing order instead of a whole new purchase, which kept things simple.
