Snapped this collar onto my kid's two-wheeler after the old one cracked, and the two screws lined up perfectly with the existing holes. Solid black finish matches the rest of the handlebar, and it's been holding tight for a few weeks now.
The collar fit my Rocket perfectly and the two screws lined up without any fuss. Took about five minutes to swap the old one out and the handlebar feels solid again.
Wasn't sure a little part like this would fix the wobble, but after swapping on the new collar and tightening both screws the handlebar feels solid again. Black finish matches the old one exactly, and it went on in about five minutes with just an Allen key.
