Penelope V. ★★★★★

My daughter's scooter finally looks as fun as it rides. The streamers are holding up way better than the cheap ones we had before — zero fraying even after she drags them through the grass.

Benjamin ★★★★★

These clip into the handlebars in about two seconds, and my daughter's face lit up the moment they started fluttering behind her. They've survived a few tumbles already and the ends haven't frayed at all.

Jason ★★★★☆

They plug straight into the handlebars and haven't frayed once, even after a few weeks of my daughter dragging them through puddles. The colors are bright and they flutter nicely at speed, though they do tangle a bit if the scooter gets laid down.
