Swapped this onto my kid's scooter after the old wheel finally wore down, and it fits the frame perfectly. The LED lights still kick in when it rolls, which was the whole reason we picked this one. Honestly rides just as smooth as the original did.
The LED wheel lit up the second my daughter started rolling, and it fits the 120mm fork perfectly with no wobble. Took me maybe five minutes to install with the original axle. She rides it every evening now just to watch the glow.
