Helmet Sizing

Micro Helmets are sized according to head measurements—not by age—to be the best fit possible.

To get your child’s head measurement, wrap a flexible measuring tape (or a piece of string that can be laid out and measured against a ruler) around their head roughly the width of two fingers above their eyebrows. Repeat the measurement a few times to ensure you get a consistent number.

Micro Helmet Sizing:

  • XS: 46-50 cm (18-19.7 in)

  • SM: 48-53 cm (18.9-20.9 in)

  • MED: 52-56 cm (20.5-22 in)

My daughter actually asks to put this on before her scooter rides, which never happened with her old helmet. The rear light is bright enough that cars notice us at dusk, and the fleece padding kept her ears warm on a chilly morning ride.

Daniel F. ★★★★★

The magnetic buckle is a game changer at daycare drop-off — my daughter can snap it herself in seconds. The little rear light is bright enough that I can spot her easily on evening walks around the block.

Mia ★★★★★

My 6-year-old actually asks to put this on, which never happened with his old helmet. The rear light is brighter than I expected and the fleece pad inside keeps his ears warm on chilly morning rides.
