Miscellaneous Part

Customer service tracked down the exact replacement part I couldn't find anywhere else, even though the listing was out of stock. They kept me updated the whole time and it fit perfectly once it arrived.

The part I needed was listed as out of stock, but a rep actually checked inventory and emailed me when it came back. Fits my kid's scooter perfectly and it shipped faster than the estimate said.

I had a billing question and got a real person on the line in under two minutes. They stayed with me until the whole thing was sorted instead of passing me around. That kind of customer service is rare these days.
