Snapped right in with two Allen keys and the wobble I'd been feeling through the deck is completely gone. The washer sits flush against the wheel and bottom, so the pressure feels even now instead of binding on one side. For a part this small it made a bigger difference than I expected.
My wheel was wobbling for weeks until I swapped in this washer, and now it spins smooth with no play at all. Install took maybe ten minutes with two Allen keys, one on the square side of the bolt to hold it steady. Cheap fix that saved me from buying a whole new wheel assembly.
Was skeptical a single washer would make a difference until I swapped out the old one and the wheel spin felt noticeably smoother. It sits flat between the wheel and the scooter bottom like it should, so the pressure stays even instead of wobbling. Install took two Allen keys and about five minutes.
